What is Candy Packs?

Candy Packs is a monthly subscription and gift box company, offering not only the best and most popular US treats and snacks, but the unusual and limited editions ones, too!

How do I place an order?

It’s pretty simple, just press the “order now” button on our site, then select what kind Candy Pack you would like, the payment plan that suits you and all the necessary details. We will take care of the rest!

Can I send a Candy Pack as a gift?

Of course you can! Simply click go onto Send a Gift, choose the gift you would like to send, enter your recipient’s address details and your payment information. We’ll then make sure your gift is sent to your recipient in one of beautiful boxes with tissue paper and all the finishes!

What kind of snacks can I expect to receive?

You can expect to receive snacks from sweets to crisps to biscuits to chocolates and lot more. We include all types of snacks and only pack the best and most delicious US and international. You can get an idea of the snacks we send by checking out our previous month’s box.

I have food allergies, is Candy Packs right for me?

Absolutely! Just give us a heads up during the checkout in in the “additional information field”, we will then take special care of your order!

Is Candy Packs suitable for Vegetarians?

We try not to use any snacks that are made of meat products and contain gelatine to make our products suitable for vegetarians! However, we can NOT guarantee that all products will be suitable for vegetarians. It will also be useful if you advised us of being a vegetarian by either contacting us or during checkout in the “additional information field”, this is so we can take special consideration with your order!

Do you Donate to Charity?

Yes! We donate approximately 20% of our profits towards Trussell Trust with every box you buy! You’re not only enjoying the best tasting snacks but you’re also contributing to prevent hunger and poverty in the UK.

Orders and Refunds

Do I need an account to place an order?

Yes you will need an account when subscribing. This is important as it will allow you to manage your personal information, change your subscription etc.

How can I cancel my subscription?

You can contact us or you can cancel your subscription by yourself. To do it yourself you will need to log into your account where at the “My Subscriptions” section you can cancel or suspend an active subscription, change your subscription plan, change the payment method used for automatic recurring payments, etc.

How do I change my subscription?

If you would like to change your subscription plan, i.e. from monthly to quarterly, then you can do it by contacting us or by yourself. To do it yourself you will need to log into your account where at the “My Subscriptions” section you can cancel or suspend an active subscription, change your subscription plan, change the payment method used for automatic recurring payments, etc.

How soon are my orders processed?

Your orders are processed within 24 hours of us receiving them. If there are any issues with processing your orders we will immediately contact you.

Do I get refunded if I cancel my subscription early?

If you would no longer like to receive your Candy Pack box and your subscription is currently active, you are solely responsible for cancelling your subscription before it renews. In the event that your subscription renews and you request a refund for the processing renewal, the following fee(s) will be deducted from the total refunded amount based on your current billing schedule:

Every 3 Months – £6.00

Every 6 Months – £12.00

Every 12 Months – £18.00

Please note, if you would like to request this you must do it within 14 days of your subscription renewing.

What is your policy on refunds/exchange?

Snacks are not returnable after purchase. If for whatever reason you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us and we will gladly investigate your feedback as we are always trying to improve the experience.

What if my box is damaged?

If your box is damaged when it arrives or you suspect your snacks are missing, you can contact us with pictures, and we will help look into the issue for you.

What if I don’t like the snacks I receive?

We try to ship the best tasting snacks every month to ensure you are continuously surprised and satisfied. If by the chance you may like certain snacks due to different tastes, don’t worry we always get new snacks in all the time, which means there’s snacks for everyone.

Do you accept returns?

We do not accept returns. All sales are final and we don’t accept returns as the snacks are perishable. If you have any problems with the box you have received, please do contact us and we will do all we can to help you.

Shipping and Billing

Where do you ship to?

We ship all boxes to any addresses in United Kingdom. We do not currently ship internationally.

What are the shipping costs?

Due to the size and weight of the boxes all orders under £50.00 have a £4.99 shipping fee. Free Shipping is available to all overs order £50.00.

When will my order by shipped?

Your first box will be shipped to you soon after you sign up (usually within 5-7 business days). For existing customers your account will renew on the 1st day of the month (this is when payments are taken out) and your box will be shipped out on the 22nd of every month.

How long does my order take to get here once it has been shipped?

All orders should usually take 2-3 business days to arrive after they’ve been shipped.

How do I change my shipping address?

To change your shipping address, it’s pretty simple. Firstly, log into your account and click on the ‘’Addresses tab” then “edit”. You will then be able to change your shipping address. Please note, you need to change your address approximately a week before the next shipping date (i.e. a week before the 22nd), or you risk your box being delivered to the old address!

What forms of payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express credit cards and debit cards from our Checkout page. All of our payments are processed through the Stripe Payment Processor.

When will I be billed?

You will be billed for your first month immediately upon signup. Your plan will automatically renew (don’t worry, you can cancel anytime, from your account settings) on the 1st of the month.

Can I apply my coupon code to every order?

Coupon codes are only applied to your first box, and every box after that will be charged regular price. Follow us on our social media and sign up to our newsletter so you don’t miss out on coupon codes!

How do I change my billing address?

To change your billing address, it’s pretty simple. Firstly, log into your account and click on the ‘’Addresses tab” then “edit”. You will then be able to change your billing address.
